Inboard diesel propulsion

The Sports Express power is twin diesel Volvo Penta IPS 600's rated at 440hp or IPS 650’s rated at 480hp each that will deliver over 30 knots at WOT to get you there and back effortlessly and economically. And this is where the 4300 excels. When you arrive, the entire stern of the yacht is free and open to allow exceptional access to the water; for swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding, fishing or simply relaxing at the water’s edge.

Innovative sea deck

Living, galley and accommodation deck

Welcome to a beautiful living space filled with natural light from both the atrium of the companionway and the tinted hull windows. Here you’ll find a well-appointed main galley, a sumptuous  L-shaped lounge with matching ottoman, wall-mounted LED Smart TV and handcrafted drinks cabinet.   The spacious air-conditioned bathroom features a contemporary, elegant design with a separate full sized-shower and premium porcelain basin.

Master stateroom and aft cabin

Your private master stateroom features a walk-around island bed with four-drawer storage and cedar-lined hanging lockers.  For privacy, simply slide the two solid timber panel doors above the lounge and close the matching entry door. The aft cabin is a family favourite; a generous space with a double berth and king single.  Luxury appointments include plush premium carpets and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Storage and power for equipment and toys

Outboard on the transom is a port side locker deep enough to stow two stand-up paddle boards. Below the sink to starboard is more storage complete with DC outlets and power for an optional integrated air-station to assist with your inflatable equipment and toys. Lift up the sports deck steps to securely stow a Seabob, or dive tanks, tender fuel, or fenders.

Riviera 4600 Sport Yacht Best of Boats European Finalist

The Riviera 4600 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition was announced at the recent Cannes Yachting Festival in France as a finalist in the Best of Boats Award 2024, the world’s largest annual international motorboat award.

Riviera Australia is the only non-European yacht builder and one of only five yachts to be named as a finalist in the ‘Best of Big Boats’ category for the prestigious awards. The other countries represented in this category are Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Greece.

The 2024 awards will be announced and presented at a special ceremony that will take place on Thursday, November 28, during the Boat & Fun Boat Show in Berlin which runs from November 28 to December 1.

The Best of Boats Award is the largest award for motorboats in the numbers of countries represented, together with the number of magazines and judging panel members involved. As the only worldwide motorboat award, the Best of Boats Award covers all European and international watersports regions.

The Best of Boats Award was launched in 2014 by boating journalists from many countries and different editorial offices with two things in common: very extensive experience as boat testers and a particular interest in the practical needs of boaters.

Riviera Australia owner Rodney Longhurst said the acknowledgement as a finalist placed Riviera motor yachts among the leading yacht builders in the world and was recognition of the company’s constant commitment to world-class quality and craftsmanship.

“This is one of the most respected boating awards in the world – and is a fantastic accolade for our amazing 900-strong team. We are all immensely honoured to be the only finalist from outside of Europe,” Mr Longhurst said.

“We are always striving to be different and better. Being named as a finalist in the Best of Boats Award really highlights the dedication of our extremely talented team in designing and creating luxury motor yachts of distinction.”

The Riviera 4600 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition

Featuring the luxurious refinement of the Riviera Platinum Edition, which includes the 5400, 6000 and new 6800 models, the 4600 Sport Yacht is an outstanding example of style and innovation. 

From the generous hydraulic swim platform a garage designed to store a range of water sports equipment can be accessed through an electric door. 

A superb entertainer’s aft deck has been created with a wrap-around lounge across the transom and port side with a timber dining table. A well-appointed barbecue and wet bar unit is located to starboard. 

The generous saloon flows to the aft deck through a convenient sliding glass door and awning window making one large entertaining or relaxation space. A fully equipped U-shape galley is located on the port side of the saloon space, immediately aft of the helm. A servery and bar unit are opposite. The plush dining space is forward on the starboard side, featuring a large, handcrafted table surrounded by a luxurious U-shape lounge that will seat up to six people.

Riviera to premiere 6800

Australia’s premium luxury motor yacht builder, Riviera, will take pride of place at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 30 to November 3 with the Americas Premiere of its flagship 6800 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition.

The magnificent new model will flank a fleet of 11 Riviera motor yachts showcasing its outstanding collection from 39 to 78 feet, with models from its awarded Sport Yacht, SUV, Sports Motor Yacht and Belize collections on display.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is expecting more than 100,000 people to attend the five-day marine expo, the largest in-water show in the world.

Riviera Australia owner Rodney Longhurst said Fort Lauderdale was the pinnacle of the boating world and Riviera was among the leading exhibitors.

“Our motor yachts are respected around the world,” Mr Longhurst said. “The Fort Lauderdale show gives us the opportunity to showcase Australian craftsmanship to the world.

“Our meticulous design and engineering, with luxurious interiors, are world-class, and there are more than 44 years of evolution invested in every new Riviera yacht.”

Riviera 6800 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition – Americas Premiere

The magnificent new 6800 Sport Yacht is a result of three years and more than 45,000 man-hours of meticulous development by the Riviera design group in collaboration with awarded superyacht designer Luca Vallebona.

She has so many separate entertaining areas that family groups, friends and couples can all find their own space. Sunshine or moonlight on the forward deck tends to attract more casual occasions. The expansive and protected aft deck is popular regardless of the weather, and when you want to enjoy the sunshine or stars, simply open the sunroof.

Sliding open the glass saloon door and lowering the aft window connects the saloon and aft deck as one vast living space. The superbly equipped U-shaped galley aft on the port side includes premium appliances beautifully integrated into handcrafted timber joinery.

Forward of the galley is a C-shaped lounge with matching ottomans. This space can transform to a masterful dining area featuring a handcrafted solid timber table that folds simply and easily out from the lounge. There is a matching sofa opposite the main lounge.

Forward opposite the helm is a third lounge that is L-shaped that provides a commanding view when underway. The saloon is stylish and accommodating. The forward helm is state-of-the-art, featuring touch-screen navigation and operation technology, all designed to make boating even easier and more pleasurable.

The accommodation deck of the 6800 Sport Yacht is vast and luxurious with four staterooms and three bathrooms plus a utility or crew cabin aft. There’s also the option for a three-stateroom layout where the starboard guest cabin is replaced by a lower lounge.

Access to the superbly engineered, full-height engine room is via a wide watertight door from the utility cabin aft of the master stateroom or through a lift-up door on the transom. Riviera engineers have selected twin Volvo Penta D13 IPS 1350s rated at 1,000hp (735kW) each, to deliver effortless power-to-weight performance.
